Monika is a Lithuanian born, UK trained, Berlin-based fashion designer.

Her Modus Operandi of late has been to channel her diverse inspirations into a concise concept that is now expressed in her latest project - StudioMonJaun

StudioMonJaun specialises in bespoke leather garments and accessories; with a great amount of attention dedicated to ethical modes of creating and sustainably sourced materials. Incorporating Lefa leather - Monika’s eco-friendly products by no means offer a compromise in quality. Composed of natural leather fibres from waste, lefa leather offers durability to designs, with a feel and lustre of traditional leather.


With almost a decade of wide-ranging in industry fashion experience (from styling to design, costuming, seamstress, and art directing) Monika has the ability to approach leather craft from a unique angle. She is heavily influenced by her surroundings - namely the architecture, culture and the people of Berlin. This diverse creative background and unique set of inspirations bleed into her creative process, aggregating into the leathercraft she fashions.


Her philosophy is to accentuate confidence. She believes creativity and expression is not something to be stifled. She hopes to empower those who don her garments, giving them the freedom to evoke a feeling, and express uniqueness.

The Studio MonikaJaun vision is to extract the dormant confidence that we all have inside.
